   Don’t think for one moment these companies became so powerful because they produce the best products, give the best service, or sell at the cheapest prices. They often do well in these areas, but their Massive Power comes from realising that everyday they’re engaged in a war. A psychological war for the hearts and minds of customers and prospects.
